About Deepam 2.0 Scheme
This Deepam 2.0 Scheme was launched by the Government of Andhra Pradesh state with the intention of providing free gas cylinders to all the citizens who belong from financially unstable backgrounds. According to this scheme the Authorities aims to provide free 3 LPG Gas Cylinders Annually to all the citizens who belong from financially weaker sections of the state. All the citizens who are interested they can book the cylinders from 29th October to 31st March 2025.
As per the reports after booking the cylinders the rebate amount will be transferred in the beneficiary bank accounts within 48 hours after booking. For the implementation of this scheme the Government has provided a amount of 894 Crore to all the petroleum companies to provide cylinders.
