STEP 1- First of all, Applicant has to visit the Official Website at edistrict.wb.gov.in.

STEP 3- After that a new page will open here you have to click on “LOGIN/SIGN UP” option.
STEP 4- After logging in, click on “Register” button under “New User? section.
STEP 5- Now you have to enter the required details asked in the application form and click on “Register” button.
STEP 6- After that you have to create your username & password.
STEP 7- After submitting your credentials, you have to click on Send OTP option.
STEP 8- Enter the OTP that has been sent to your registered mobile number. then enter the Captcha code and click on “Register” button.
Step 9: Now you have successfully registered as a user on the e-district portal.

- Go to the WB E District portal at https://edistrict.wb.gov.in/edistrict_wb/.
- Now you have click on the Citizen Login option.
- On the login page, click on the “Forgot Username” link.
- Enter your registered mobile number and click on the “Submit” button.
